What you’ll own
- Define and execute the partnership strategy for Genius POS, building a best-in-class ecosystem that expands product capabilities, accelerates revenue growth, and strengthens our position across restaurant, hospitality, sports, and entertainment markets.
- Identify, secure, and grow strategic partner relationships that unlock new customer opportunities, increase market reach, and deliver measurable business value across the Global Payments portfolio.
- Lead partner-led expansion into new markets and verticals, creating opportunities for Genius POS to enter emerging segments, geographies, and operational environments with speed and scale.
- Shape the integration roadmap in partnership with product leaders, ensuring strategic partnerships enhance innovation, improve customer experiences, and support the long-term growth of the platform.
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing teams, enabling partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth through aligned programs, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Establish a high-performing partner lifecycle framework, using data, performance metrics, and continuous improvement strategies to strengthen partner engagement, satisfaction, retention, and overall ecosystem health.
- Build and lead a scalable partnerships organization, developing talent, driving accountability, and creating the structure needed to support a growing global network of technology, channel, and strategic alliance partners.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances
- Proven success building and scaling partner programs across multiple markets, verticals, or geographies.
- Experience in restaurant technology, point-of-sale (POS) ecosystems, or related food service technology.
- trong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and managing complex partner agreements.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across product, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and legal teams.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and building new organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience with enterprise restaurant brands, stadium/venue operations, or food service management.
- Familiarity with payments, fintech, or merchant services ecosystems.
- Background in SaaS, integrations, APIs, or platform‑based partner models.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
