Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
Responsible for supporting the reliable, safe, and compliant operation of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems through maintenance execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
[Key responsibilities]
- Perform and support preventive and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring failures.
- Manage maintenance activities and records through CMMS, including work orders and PM schedules.
- Support facility and utility operation, including HVAC, electrical, compressed air, chilled water, and related systems.
- Support CAPEX and facility improvement projects, including installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
- Maintain engineering documents such as SOPs, maintenance records, drawings, and change control documents.
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, including utility optimization and reduction of energy waste.
- Support compliance with GMP, EHS requirements, engineering standards, and local regulations.
- Support internal and external audits, CAPA, and change control activities.
- Coordinate maintenance work with contractors and service vendors.
- Identify and implement opportunities for equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance cost improvement.
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Business-level English communication skills are required.
- 0–5 years of experience in maintenance, facility, utilities, manufacturing engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, utility, and facility systems.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in GMP manufacturing, CMMS, qualification/validation, or CAPEX projects is preferred.
- Relevant engineering certifications are preferred.
