About the Role

A privately-owned jet engine manufacturer seeks a Senior PLM Engineer to support and expand its Teamcenter PLM environment. You'll serve as a technical authority across the organization, driving system maintenance, customization, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Partner with PLM and Configuration Management teams on ongoing Teamcenter maintenance — workflows, stylesheets, access control, and more
• Build and deploy monthly customization packages aligned to business needs
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter issues affecting individual users or the broader organization
• Mentor and cross-train junior team members
• Stay current on PLM trends and evaluate emerging tools and capabilities

What You'll Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Teamcenter Rich Client experience, including:
  • Installation and configuration; BMIDE, workflows, stylesheets, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Organization, and Indexer
  • End-user support and elevated helpdesk resolution
  • Scripting and development: HTML, XML, Windows Batch, PowerShell, Java, Python, C/C++ ITK customization
  • Custom Teamcenter reporting; Teamcenter/NX Managed Mode and NX customizations
• Windows and Linux server administration
• Jira and Bitbucket/Git (or equivalent) in a software engineering team environment
• Strong analytical skills; ability to anticipate problems and work independently

Requirements

• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if needed
• Drug Screening: Pre-employment drug screening required, including marijuana
