Position Summary
This is responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Will also inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices. He/she will also create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of dealers & distributors.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales activities across the assigned territory to achieve revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key customers to grow business within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through tenders, government accounts, and other relevant channels.
- Manage and grow key accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and manage distributor and direct-sales channels to maximize territory growth.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions through techno-commercial discussions.
- Drive adoption of new products and technologies by identifying upgrade opportunities with existing customers.
- Ensure effective utilization and management of company demo units and other sales resources within the territory.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager/Business Manager and cross-functional teams to execute territory plans and achieve business objectives.
