Since 2016, the company is proud to have a large variety of paying customers of all sizes - SMBs, Medium Enterprise & Government, that have benefited from the platform, and they’re just getting started.
If you're a hard-working professional, it is a great place to get ahead. Apply today!
The company's white-label solution lets partners give their customers time tracking, shift scheduling, timesheets, leave and analytics under their own brand, through the company's SDK and REST API, while the company hosts and runs the platform.
You will own the full partnership sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with partners such as HR and payroll platforms, PEOs and EORs, banks and fintechs, benefits and payments companies, and ERP and software resellers. The role covers global markets with no fixed region, reports directly to the CEO, and is based in the company's Tel Aviv office.
Responsibilities
- Own the full partnership sales cycle for the company's white-label offering, from first outreach to signed partner agreement
- Build outbound pipeline globally across HR and payroll platforms, PEOs and EORs, banks and fintechs, benefits and payments companies, and ERP and software resellers
- Run discovery to understand each partner's product, customer base and go-to-market, and identify where embedded time tracking and scheduling add value for them
- Deliver demos to partner product and business teams, presenting the integration models that fit their product: fully white-label, API-first (headless), co-branded hybrid or managed rollout
- Lead the commercial negotiation of white-label and partner deals with senior decision-makers
- Work closely with product and tech teams to scope integrations (REST API, SDK, webhooks, branding and sign-in) and set realistic launch plans with partners
- Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date, including activities, deal stages, forecasts and next steps
- Use AI tools to speed up account research, prospecting and outreach
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of closing complex deals
- Experience in partnerships or channel sales
- Proven experience selling to international enterprises
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and the drive to build pipeline from scratch
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable discussing APIs and integration topics with partner product and technical teams
- Organized, details oriented, with strong CRM discipline
- Fluent English - Both written and spoken
- Able to work from the company's Tel Aviv office
Nice to have
- Background in HR tech, payroll or fintech
- Additional European languages
- Experience selling API, embedded or white-label products
