Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on adjusted production, with a daily guarantee available.
• 30% of adjusted production or higher daily guarantee, depending on experience and opportunity.
• Opportunity to increase compensation, following a successful ownership buy-in.
• Malpractice insurance and dental license fee coverage.
• Continuing education allowance 
• Monthly health reimbursement for the doctor and family.
• Flexible employment structure, with W-2 or 1099 options 

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Utah
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients and team members.
• A desire to continue learning, grow professionally, and contribute to a successful practice.
• Interest in a long-term opportunity with the potential for ownership.
