PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANAGER - ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH

Lead daily operations for an adolescent mental health PHP/IOP program. You'll manage the team, schedules, and systems that keep each day running smoothly and create a safe, structured environment where teens and families thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily PHP/IOP program operations in a safe, structured environment
• Supervise and coach Wellness Coordinators with clear expectations and accountability
• Manage staff scheduling, coverage, attendance, census, and intake coordination
• Guide the team in responding to adolescents' behavioral and emotional needs
• Partner with therapists, clinical leadership, and families on a consistent client experience
• Monitor documentation, incident reporting, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• De-escalate challenges calmly and keep the program on track through change
• Coordinate facility, supply, and administrative needs

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in education, youth services, behavioral health, program management, or operations leadership
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong organization and ability to juggle shifting priorities
• Confidence giving feedback and holding staff accountable
• Calm, solutions-focused approach to crisis situations
• Strong attention to documentation, policy, and safety
• Ability to connect with adolescents while maintaining structure and boundaries
• Eligible for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug testing
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
