Description
The Westminster Foundation is looking for an organised and conscientious Grants Officer to support the effective delivery of our grants programmes.
The Grants Officer will provide dedicated grantmaking support across the Westminster Foundation's high-volume grant streams, ensuring consistent, timely and proportionate delivery across the full grant lifecycle. The role will also provide flexible grantmaking support across additional and emerging smaller grant streams as required.
Along with hybrid working and a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including a very generous non-contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, company sick pay, and other benefits and discounts via our employee benefits platform.
About Us
The Westminster Foundation provides long -term, sustainable support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
Primarily a place-based funder in Westminster, Chester, Lancashire and Sutherland, we build meaningful partnerships with local charities rooted in their communities. Our focus is early intervention, identifying and addressing risks before they escalate, so children and young people get the support they need at the moments it matters most.
Our work goes beyond funding. We work alongside our partners to strengthen their organisations, encourage collaboration, and address the systemic conditions that hold deep-rooted problems in place. We amplify young people’s voices and listen closely to those on the frontlines, ensuring our work stays grounded, responsive, and impactful.
We are proud to serve as the primary charitable vehicle for the Duke of Westminster and Grosvenor businesses, uniting resources, relationships, and shared purpose to build brighter futures.
