WHO
This award-winning international law firm has a well-regarded Singapore Transactions team advising businesses, high-net-worth families and family offices, financiers, funds and listed companies on cross-border financing matters. The team is looking for a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with genuine partnership ambitions to join its banking and finance practice and help broaden its offering across the region.
WHAT
The role involves genuine exposure to banking and finance transactions spanning general banking, structured finance, asset finance and corporate debt matters, working alongside the team's existing strength in aviation finance. There is a real opportunity to help build out a complementary specialism — such as shipping finance — while also being supported to originate your own client relationships as you build towards partnership.
YOU
You will be a technically strong banking and finance lawyer at senior associate or of counsel level, with cross-border transactional experience and the early stages of your own client following. You will be qualified in a common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, Singapore, Australia or a US state), entrepreneurial, and ready to build out your practice within a supportive, growth-focused platform.
