4-Day Work Week | $17/hr | Wednesday–Saturday
Chick-fil-A Downtown Bentonville is looking for dependable, hardworking adults to join our Front of House and Back of House!
$17/hour
4-Day Work Week
Wednesday–Saturday
12:30 PM–11:30 PM
Two 30-minute breaks per shift
Time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40
Work four consistent days each week while enjoying Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday off!!!

Front of House (FOH)
FOH Team Members are the face of Chick-fil-A and help create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting every guest with a warm welcome upon arrival
• Taking orders accurately and providing friendly service
• Serving guests and preparing beverages
• Maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas, including restrooms
• Supporting drive-thru operations
• Helping fellow FOH Team Members wherever needed
• Providing excellent customer service throughout each guest's visit
• Always bidding our guests a friendly farewell
Back of House (BOH)
BOH Team Members work together to prepare fresh, high-quality food quickly, safely, and accurately.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Assembling orders quickly and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Following all food-safety and cleanliness standards
• Supporting fellow BOH Team Members wherever needed
• Being willing to jump in and help wherever the team needs you
