Description
Our client is a new luxury dining destination located in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai, set within a distinctive manor-house estate surrounded by the natural landscape of Northern Thailand. The concept brings together French haute cuisine, Northern Thai terroir, and contemporary luxury hospitality, with a strong focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Position Purpose:
Our Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager (Michelin star restaurants preferably)
- Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership
- Strong ability to lead a hospitality team and own accountability for specific revenue goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail
- Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Business development or entrepreneurial experience a plus
