What You'll Do

As a Residential Journeyman Plumber, you'll be responsible for helping homeowners solve their plumbing challenges while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Provide professional recommendations and solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Residential Plumbing Technician
• Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
