Parts Manager

Buffalo Lift Trucks & Vitan Equipment is looking for a Parts Manager to lead our Buffalo parts department. This role oversees the team, inventory, purchasing, and day-to-day parts operations while supporting our service technicians and keeping the department running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and returns
• Lead, train, and develop the parts team
• Coordinate parts needs with technicians and the service department
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
• Identify and reduce obsolete or excess inventory
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient parts department
• Ensure department processes are followed consistently

Qualifications

• Parts management or parts leadership experience
• Experience in material handling, heavy equipment, automotive, truck, or a related industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of parts ordering and inventory management
• Leadership and team development experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
