Our client is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities, advertising campaigns, social media management, and promotional initiatives within the fashion industry.

Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating advertising and social media activities, liaising with external agencies and service providers, supporting the development of marketing materials, and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital and traditional platforms. Experience or knowledge in fashion design, apparel, or the fashion industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising activities and campaigns across social media and other relevant marketing channels.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, designers, photographers, content creators, and other external service providers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Coordinate social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing across relevant platforms.
• Assist in developing and coordinating promotional campaigns for products, collections, and brand initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure advertising content and promotional materials align with the brand's image and objectives.
• Coordinate photoshoots, product promotions, and other marketing activities related to fashion and leather collections.
• Review marketing materials, captions, advertisements, and promotional content for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign schedules and follow up with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain product information, images, and other materials required for marketing activities.
• Support the execution of marketing plans and day-to-day marketing operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, advertising, social media management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in fashion design, apparel, textiles, or the fashion industry will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and advertising activities.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and an eye for visual presentation, design, and branding.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with advertising agencies, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as within a team.
