This role will deliver on operational & technical controllership excellence, be the controllership expert for intercompany AR process, treasury, IBS transactions and financial reporting in the assigned area while ensuring compliance with internal guideline and procedures and external regulation requirements. Essential Responsibilities

• Performing monthly accounting closing process for the assigned parts in an accurate manner; ensure the quality of account reconciliation and B/S analysis, integrity of accounts, and compliance with US GAAP, Local regulations, and company guidelines

• Monitoring bank transactions and cash pooling managed by the shared service team, and providing guideline to the cash clearing team when necessary. Ensuring all transactions are carried out in compliance with company guidelines and local regulations

• Supporting the global treasury team for FX hedging and communicating it with banks

• Managing manual payments, when necessary. For overseas payments, liaising with banks and providing the supporting documents to banks

• Ensuring accurate bank reconciliations for all bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts related to cash and cash equivalents.

• Responsible for intercompany AR transactions and the relevant reconciliation and supporting for intercompany lending, dividends, and capital injections

• Supporting VAT filings in an accurate and complete manner

• Proactively tracking issues within the Internal Billing System and taking appropriate action as necessary

• Supporting the bi-annual cashflow forecast process and any required enhancements or analysis

• Ensuring effective and efficient internal controls over the bank transactions and internal company billing within assigned areas of responsibility. Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation

• Co-ordinating the audit field work with Deloitte Korea & Corporate income tax filing with PwC Korea in the assigned area

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance from an accredited college or university

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance & accounting, preferably with a background in Treasury

• SAP knowledge and working experience

• Experience in a multinational and/or matrix organization preferred
