Job Description SummaryResponsible for end-to-end product management including product conceptualization, business and marketing requirement development, pricing strategy, partnership management, go-to-market execution, campaign planning, performance monitoring, budget management, and sales training, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market opportunities.

Drive in new product conceptualization and rationalization
Develop business / marketing requirements
Impact analysis, feasibility / Projection/ P&L / ROI
Product & Pricing Management
Partnership and contract management
Co-ordinating with Technology planning & CPE team for Device Management
Manage marketing and go-to-market works such as communication and Channel co-ordination
Marketing campaign planning and execution
Track technology trends & identify market opportunity
Budget Management & Monitoring
Monitor performance/report tracking e.g. sale report, communication performance, etc
Conduct monthly training for sales staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Services, Smart Home, or IoT business is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects effectively.
Capable of conducting product knowledge and sales training sessions to enhance team performance.
Proactive mindset with strong business acumen and market awareness.
