Overview
As a Store Manager in Training, you'll travel to several Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts stores while learning all aspects of store management. Your training will include management functions such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work. You'll also provide over-the-counter direct sales to customers, make deliveries, and process orders either in person or over the phone. The role involves supporting store operations through promotion of sales programs and customer/team-related activities. You'll learn to direct and supervise employees, monitor sales activities, manage inventory, and handle personnel responsibilities including hiring, training, and evaluation.
