## O que você vai fazer?

Como estagiário(a) de Atendimento ao Cliente, você irá:

• Atender clientes por telefone, 0800, e-mail e sistema (Salesforce)
• Gerenciar pedidos da sua carteira, garantindo atualizações e execução adequada
• Acompanhar recusas e devoluções junto a transportadoras, clientes e equipe comercial
• Elaborar relatórios para clientes estratégicos
• Apoiar a organização de entregas emergenciais com transportadoras e armazém
• Identificar riscos de prazo (SLA) e acionar as áreas responsáveis
• Colaborar com outras atividades da área conforme necessário

## O que você precisa ter?

### Requisitos obrigatórios

• Estar cursando ensino superior (a partir do 3º semestre, em qualquer área)
• Disponibilidade para estagiar 30 horas semanais em modelo híbrido
• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
• Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender

### Diferenciais (não obrigatórios)

• Interesse por atendimento ao cliente, operações, logística ou experiência do cliente (CX)
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento ou CRM (ex.: Salesforce)
