Description
What You'll Do...
- RPA Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across business processes.
- Process Automation: Automate manual and repetitive tasks, including data entry, email processing, reporting, and other operational workflows to drive productivity gains.
- Solution Design: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into practical automation solutions
- Automation Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor automation performance, investigate issues, and resolve production incidents to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Systems Integration: Develop and support integrations using APIs, structured data sources, and connected business applications to enable seamless workflow automation.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and support materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- User Enablement: Support implementation activities, assist with user adoption, and provide guidance to help teams maximize the value of automation solutions.
- Quality & Governance: Follow development standards, testing procedures, and best practices to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable automation solutions.
What You’ll Need...
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or related software development roles.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath or similar automation platforms.
- Experience building, testing, and deploying automation workflows in production environments.
- Familiarity with APIs, structured data formats (JSON, XML, Excel), and system integrations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of scripting languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues in automation workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Exposure to working in global or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- RPA certifications (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.) are a plus.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing is an advantage.
