Job Description

Publicis Commerce | London We are hiring a Retail Media Account Manager to help deliver high‑impact retail media programmes for some of the world’s most recognised brands. This role sits at the centre of campaign delivery, optimisation and client partnership — translating strategy into measurable performance. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and specialist teams while building confidence across platforms, retailers and stakeholders. If you enjoy owning detail, improving outcomes and growing your craft, this is a role with real momentum.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the day‑to‑day delivery and optimisation of retail media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media and Criteo.
• Supporting client relationships through clear communication, regular updates and thoughtful recommendations.
• Applying quality assurance processes to ensure campaigns are accurate, effective and aligned to best practice.
• Turning performance data into practical insights that improve results and inform next steps.
• Contributing to account growth plans and innovation roadmaps alongside senior team members.
• Working closely with other channel specialists to deliver integrated, joined‑up commerce solutions.
• Managing reporting, billing inputs and financial reconciliations with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

• Experience working within retail media, eCommerce or digital media, ideally in an agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media or Criteo.
• A strong understanding of performance drivers across search, retail media and the digital shelf.
• Confidence working with data, reports and insights to guide optimisation decisions.
• Clear, collaborative communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, improve and contribute to team success.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment while staying organised and detail‑focused.
