Job Summary
Supports platform configuration, implementation, testing, and carrier file integration activities for
COBRA/CDH/DB Integrated Solution clients and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure platform setup based on approved business, client, and carrier requirements.
• Configure benefits, plans, coverage, cost, eligibility, and related business rules.
• Support carrier file integration setup, mapping, validation, and production readiness activities.
• Support new client implementation activities from discovery through deployment.
• Prepare and maintain configuration, mapping, and implementation documentation.
• Execute test cases and validate configuration, eligibility, enrollment, cost, and file outputs.
• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of configuration and integration defects.
• Coordinate testing activities with internal stakeholders, carriers, and implementation teams.
• Support change order analysis by reviewing requirements and providing inputs for estimates.
• Perform production validation and post-implementation quality checks.
• Troubleshoot routine configuration and file issues and support root cause analysis.
• Follow defined quality standards, project timelines, and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
• Good understanding of Health & Benefits administration and COBRA/CDH/DB processes.
• Prior experience in platform configuration or carrier file integration is required. • Experience configuring benefits, plans, coverage, cost, eligibility, and related business rules.
• Good understanding of implementation lifecycle, business requirements, and operational workflows.
• Understanding of testing lifecycle, defect lifecycle, and quality validation practices.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL, data validation, and reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. • Ability to manage priorities, follow procedures, and deliver within defined timelines.
• ISTQB certification preferred; exposure to test and defect management tools preferred.
Experience
• 1–4 years of experience in benefits administration, business analysis, platform configuration, testing, or file integration support. Education
• B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (IT) / BCA or equivalent degree from a reputable institute
