What would you do? This role provides client services for Travel & Expense Administration which may include interpretation of invoices, proofs of payment, and travel itineraries services. Understanding of Travel & Expense policies and tax requirements (VAT, supporting documents) is required. It follows all administration processes to ensure tasks are completed correctly and resource efficiencies are maintained. The role works closely with Delivery Services Management to identify and escalate client issues, obtain and confirm pending information/documentation, and add and amend transaction information to client/systems responding to changes (via e-mail/telephone) to maintain current visible HR records for the client. Read, understand and analyze client processes as per the business rules as a subject matter expert. 2. Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor. 3. Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries 4. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. 5. Pay close attention to quality of written and verbal English skills within Team. 6. Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment. 7. Ensure LWl s are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates. 8. Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements. 9. Perform "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls 11. Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of processes as an SME. 12. Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process. 13. Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improve the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. 14. Plan proper allocation of work. 15. Support Team lead / Manager with Daily Stats / reporting and MOS. 16. Enrich team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each other s responsibilities. 17. To be available on the floor th roughout the day to resolve process-related issues. 18. Participate in Team building activities. 19. Create effective QC and Audits
What are we looking for? 20. Assist in training/educating HRO personnel on learning and acquired skills in process. 21. Support Client with the Admin activities related to Travel & Expense. 22. Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. 23. Complete training need analysis for the team in a timely manner through quality reports and knowledge tests • Good organizational & prioritisation skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Multi-cu ltural awareness • Passion for customer service • Team player • Results & detail-oriented • Focus on high data accuracy • Quality driven - in communications and all system transactions
