Description
Reach Truck Operator – $18/hr
Summary: Responsible for safely moving materials in and out of the shop, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting production, yard, and QC teams.
Schedule -4am -2 AM Monday- Friday; some weekends
Key Duties:
- Operate reach truck and 40‑ton forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any damage or spoiled cargo.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety policies.
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of 45‑ton forklift experience.
- Basic English (read/write/speak).
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible to work nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/push/pull up to 55 lbs (occasionally up to 110 lbs).
- Frequent sitting, climbing, twisting, grasping, and repetitive motion.
- Must pass required screenings.
Work Conditions: Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, humidity, weather, dust, fumes, and moderate to high noise.
