## About this Role

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. This role focuses on analysing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform decision-making and strengthen reporting processes.

## What you’ll do

• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Commercial, and other teams.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to design and implement insightful reporting solutions.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations that summarise results and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and enhance financial reporting documentation and control frameworks in line with compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal accounting policies.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.

## Who you are

• Experience in financial reporting with a solid understanding of financial data analysis and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Degree-level education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI; HFM is advantageous).
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
