The Lead Field Sales Executive position is responsible for penetrating a set of new logo for both simple and complex accounts. They will also be responsible for upgrading current accounts. In addition to these responsibilities, this position as a “Lead” will also assist the Manager of their respective markets in recruiting and development of the sales team for success in meeting all goals and budget requirements.

What YOU need is:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within a defined, targeted customer base
Spend time in the field with other field sales team consultants to assist in prospecting and customer and potential customer appointments
Assist the Field Sales Manager in all onboarding and training for new hires
Daily sales reporting to the Field Sales Manager
Present weekly and monthly sales forecasts for their sales team members that they have been assigned to assist in their respective market
This is a hunter role that is focused on selling both complex coaxial based services and fiber based complex solutions to mid-market business customers both new logo and current customers.
Lead and orchestrate WOW! resources and personnel in support of the customer relationship
Present professionally to and engage with all pertinent decision makers
Understand and navigate a defined sales process
Deliver and maintain required monthly quota established by the department manager.
Accurately complete paperwork associated with each customer order and/or request
Provide accurate weekly 30/60/90day sales forecasts
Use Salesforce to improve effectiveness of sales efforts and give visibility to senior management
Travel to customer sites 80% of work week is required
Other duties as assigned
What you'll be doing:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience/Skills Needed:
Identify, prospect, and penetrate new logo and existing customer accounts
Be an expert at prospecting and funnel management
Possess an intuitive understanding of the telecommunication business
Must be self-motivated, with excellent time management, organizational and leadership skills and complex problem solving
Must have excellent oral, written, and proven presentation skills
Working knowledge of the cable, telecommunications, and data industries
Working knowledge of financial measurements such as IRR, NPV, Fixed Cost, and Variable Cost
Identify, prospect, and penetrate defined base of accounts
Be an expert at prospecting and funnel management
Must be self-motivated, with excellent time management, organizational skills and complex problem solving
Possess an intuitive understanding of the telecommunication business
Must have excellent oral, written, and proven presentation skills
