Food Operations Manager – Lead a Growing Team with Sodexo!
Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager to lead retail foodservice operations for a leading biotechnology company in Boston, MA. This brand-new, growing account serves 1,000+ employees and offers the chance to build a strong, service-focused team from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all retail food operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth daily execution across all food stations
- Ensure staff are set up, professional and ready ahead of each meal period
- Maintain quality and presentation standards across entrée, salad bar, pizza and deli stations
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) operations during service
- Provide leadership and coaching to front and back of house teams

What You Bring
- Experience in food operations management within a high-volume foodservice environment
- Strong leadership skills managing both FOH and BOH teams
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
