Estamos buscando um(a) Analista Comercial para analisar, monitorar e otimizar o desempenho comercial da companhia por meio da gestão de dados, elaboração de relatórios e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões estratégicas e para o alcance das metas de vendas.

Responsabilidades Principais:

• Analisar dados de vendas, clientes e mercado para gerar insights acionáveis.

• Elaborar relatórios comerciais periódicos (vendas, forecast, indicadores de desempenho, etc.).

• Acompanhar KPIs comerciais e propor ações corretivas.

• Apoiar na elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento comercial e forecast de vendas.

• Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, segmentação de clientes e otimização de portfólio.

• Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios em ferramentas (Excel, Power BI ou similares).

• Realizar análises de rentabilidade por produto, canal ou cliente.

• Monitorar atividades da concorrência e tendências de mercado.

• Apoiar a equipe de vendas com análises para tomada de decisão.

• Participar de projetos de melhoria de processos comerciais.

Requisitos:

• Formação Acadêmica: Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.

• Experiência: 2 a 4 anos em funções de análise comercial, vendas ou business intelligence.

• Idiomas: Espanhol avançado (obrigatório), Português (fluente)
