About the Job

As the Area Manager (AM) you will lead the commercial performance of multiple clinics by driving revenue growth, sales excellence, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with Clinic Managers to improve sales performance, ensure operational consistency, and execute business strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Performance

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve area sales targets across multiple clinics.
  • Increase Average Order Value (AOV) and package sales.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and key business metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement action plans for underperforming clinics.
  • Ensure all commercial KPIs are consistently achieved.

Sales Leadership

  • Coach and mentor Clinic Managers to improve sales performance.
  • Enhance consultation quality and sales conversion across all clinics.
  • Standardize sales processes and best practices.
  • Conduct sales coaching, field observations, and role-play sessions.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture throughout the region.

Business Strategy

  • Develop and execute area sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Support new business initiatives and commercial projects.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer journey across all clinics.
  • Improve customer acquisition, retention, and repeat business.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Drive rebooking and long-term customer engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational readiness and consistency across all clinics.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, facility standards, and operational audits.
  • Partner with Clinic Managers to implement continuous operational improvements.

People Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and their leadership capabilities.
  • Conduct regular business and performance reviews.
  • Drive accountability through KPI management and performance coaching.
  • Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Retail Operations, or Multi-site Business Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple locations.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales management, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience managing multi-unit operations in industries such as beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, retail, hospitality, F&B, fitness, or other service-based businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven action plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline leaders, improve sales capabilities, and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on and comfortable working in the field, conducting regular clinic visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking.
  • Willing to travel frequently across assigned clinic locations.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience while driving sustainable business growth.
  • Experience in the aesthetic clinic, beauty, skincare, healthcare, wellness, or premium retail industry are preferable.
  • Strong understanding of consultation-based or high-ticket sales environments.
  • Experience launching or scaling new branches, regions, or business units is a plus.
