We are looking for a motivated **Software Engineer** to join our growing team in Niš, Serbia. Are you a strong team player, able to communicate clearly and with a pragmatic mindset? Are you passionate about technology and enjoy learning new things? Let’s talk!
## Tasks
- Defining and developing features
- Maintaining and improving our core product
- Taking an active part in code reviews
- Actively helping other engineers whenever necessary
- Taking responsibility for code quality and testability
- Assuming a leadership role in time, by providing support and guidance to junior members
## Requirements
- **Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science**
- A profound understanding of data structures and algorithms
- **Good knowledge of a major programming language**, ideally Python and JavaScript. _If you do not know Python or JavaScript, we are happy to get you up to speed though_
- Ability to work in a team together and helping to nurture a healthy and supportive work environment
- Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Fluency in English
