Job Description Summary

Support the day-to-day management and operational excellence of a mixed-use property comprising residential (apartment) and commercial office components in Jakarta. Working closely with the Property Manager, this role supports building operations, resident and tenant relations, facilities and engineering services, vendor management, reporting, and on-site teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and consistently high-quality property experience.

The role requires a hands-on property management professional who can balance the different service expectations of residential occupants and commercial tenants, while maintaining strong operational, technical, and customer-service standards across the development.

 

 

Job Description

About the Role:

• Support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across residential (apartment) and commercial office components, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless property operations in accordance with client expectations, building standards, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular building inspections and site walk-arounds covering common areas, residential and commercial facilities, cleanliness, security, engineering, and maintenance standards, proactively identifying operational risks, defects, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with residents, tenants, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, coordinating the resolution of complaints, operational issues, service requests, and building-related concerns while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and customer experience.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor and service-provider performance, budgets, contracts, building initiatives, and operational action plans, while maintaining accurate documentation and preparing regular management reports for the client.
• Coordinate and provide guidance to multidisciplinary on-site teams and service providers, including engineering, security, housekeeping, and other building services, working closely with the Property Manager to strengthen accountability, service quality, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property or building management, preferably within residential apartments, condominiums, mixed-use developments, office towers, or other professionally managed high-rise properties.
• Strong understanding of building operations and Facilities Management, including engineering and maintenance coordination, resident or tenant relations, vendor management, security, housekeeping, and day-to-day service delivery.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-service, and leadership skills, with the confidence to engage residents, tenants, clients, vendors, service providers, and multidisciplinary building management teams and drive operational issues through to resolution.
• Proactive, approachable, and highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and reporting capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced, customer-facing property environment.
