About the Role

Bath Planet & Home Pro MI is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our In-Home Sales Team. This leadership role is responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives while helping maximize team performance and revenue growth.

You will work directly with the sales team in the field, provide real-time coaching, assist in closing sales, and ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team through hands-on coaching and field training.
• Conduct ride-alongs and assist with sales presentations and closing opportunities.
• Review and manage scheduled appointments to ensure effective lead utilization.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance.
• Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability standards.
• Assist with cancel-save and rehash opportunities to maximize sales results.
• Foster a positive, competitive, and results-driven culture.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience preferred.
• Previous sales leadership or management experience.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with CRM systems, tablets, and electronic sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
