Description
The CEM Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets through account growth, retention, cross-selling, upselling and strategic client engagement. The role requires strong commercial acumen, proactive pipeline management, stakeholder networking, data product selling and account planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Create and execute account plans for all priority accounts with clear growth strategies.
- Expand stakeholder relationships and identify new budget holders and decision makers.
- Conduct regular client meetings and strategic business reviews.
- Drive adoption of YouGov Data Products including BrandIndex, Profiles, Behavioral, GTP, Yabble and future solutions.
- Execute monthly Top of Mind campaigns and re-engagement programs for dormant clients.
- Generate a minimum level of qualified opportunities each month and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Ensure Salesforce, Gong, Planner and Project Allocator are updated accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and commercial outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, client engagement or market research sales.
- Experience selling research, data, SaaS, subscription or consulting solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Proven ability to build executive-level client relationships.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM experience
For roles based in California, New York, Colorado, Massachusetts, or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000 - 105,000 USD
Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits.
