- Lead, coach, and develop salaried managers and hourly leads, build a strong leadership bench with clear expectations, accountability, and succession planning.

- Ensure labor, equipment, and automation are effectively balanced to optimize throughput, inventory accuracy, and operating costs.
- Own operational readiness for peak periods and volume surges; ensure staffing, processes, and systems are prepared in advance.
- Hold teams accountable to SOP adherence while continuously evaluating and improving workflows, layouts, and standard work.
- Ensure SAP (WMS) execution discipline across all areas; reinforce system accuracy, transaction integrity, and proper use of tools to run the operation.
- Review and act on operational KPIs; identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions to improve service, productivity, and quality.
- Lead cross-functional problem solving with IT, Transportation, and Brand partners to resolve systemic and operational issues.
- Support and execute continuous improvement initiatives that increase capacity, improve service levels, and reduce operational costs.
- Serve as a representative of the Ogden DC with our brands, Amer Sports Global Operations, and various other stakeholders. Communicate clearly, escalate appropriately, and model strong judgment and ownership.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse operations.
