1. AP, AR accounting, generation of sales quotation, invoice, purchase order, MIS report for Sales on monthly basis. AP MIS on monthly basis
2. Confirming the receipts received from customers with sales persons accounting in Navision, Preparation of payment and receipt statement,
4. Accounts Payable- Vendor payment, Booking the expenses and releasing the payment, invoice verification, cost centre wise accounting in Navision ERP, payment file preparation and upload.
5. Vendor reconciliation & Aging Report
6. Statutory dues: TCS/TDS calculation, accounting and reconciliation for payment on a monthly basis.
7. GST working preparation for payment and filing of the returns for all state.
8. Cost centre wise accounting, branch accounting, expense verification,
9. Attending Internal and Statutory Audit queries.
10. Payments pertaining to Office & general expenses, Employee conveyance, and welfare expenses posting in Navision. Cash reconciliation.
11. Bank Reconciliation in Navision
12. Verification & Posting Sales Invoice in Navision.
13. Maintaining of Fixed Asset Register & Invoices
14. Maintaining of TDS Certificates, Form 27C.
15. TDS/TCS return filing on a quarterly basis.
