Help adults with intellectual and physical disabilities build independence, develop life and job skills, and achieve their personal goals at home, in the community, and in the workplace. Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide job coaching and support to individuals in community work settings.
- Teach job tasks, workplace expectations, and communication skills.
- Monitor progress and maintain required documentation.
- Communicate with employers and support teams.
- Promote independence and help individuals maintain successful employment.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Age 18 or older.
- Valid CT driver's license with a good driving record.
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Experience is a plus but not required
