Taylor Corporation is a growing, dynamic company with big plans for the future—and our people. Family-owned and proud of it, we empower our employees to reach their potential and strive to create opportunities and security for every member of our team. We’re passionate about our work, believe there is always a better way, and are in this for the long haul.

Ready to build a career? It’s time to look at Taylor.

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Technical Project Analyst Intern (Temporary) to support our Enterprise Transformation team as we roll out the Horizon (Oracle) Cloud system across the company! This role combines project coordination with hands-on experience in technology, data management, and enterprise business systems. The intern will support daily operations, project deliverables, system-related activities, and key project milestones while developing skills in project management and technology implementation.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Coordinators and Project Managers with project planning, communications, task tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Assist with project management tools and Jira administration, including project setup, workflow updates, and task tracking.
  • Perform data entry and validation across business systems and spreadsheets; identify discrepancies and assist with resolving data-related issues.
  • Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for enterprise business applications.
  • Learn and support enterprise systems and tools, including Oracle Cloud, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prepare project materials, research information, organize shared documents, and gather data for presentations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to Enterprise Transformation deliverables and participate in the Business Analyst Community of Practice.

Your Work Schedule:

  • This internship is expected to begin in January 2027 and last approximately (6) six months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
  • The intern may work up to 25 hours per week during the winter, with a flexible schedule during the academic year to accommodate class commitments.

You Must Have:

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with preference given to students entering their Junior or Senior year.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software applications and business systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

We’d Also Prefer:

  • An interest in technology, enterprise business systems, and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
  • Exposure to databases, data analysis, reporting tools, or advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Experience with software testing, troubleshooting, or business system implementation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • A self-starter who is adaptable, motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
