We are looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated individual to join our team in hands-on support roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting, staffing or administrative experience who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning new things.
About the Position
The is a versatile support position that touches several areas of our business, including recruiting, candidate communication, administrative support, marketing and outreach.
We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, help wherever needed, and take pride in doing things well. The right person doesn’t need to know everything on day one but should be eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and interested in growing with our company.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Staffing Support
- Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions
- Review resumes, contact applicants and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Post job openings and assist with candidate outreach and follow-up.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records and update our recruiting system.
- Help identify qualified candidates and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, assignments and next steps.
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with daily office tasks, data entry, filing and maintaining accurate records/
- Support onboarding paperwork and employment documentation.
- Help with timesheets, staffing assignments and other routine staffing administration.
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide general support to the team.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.
Marketing & Outreach
- Help create and post job advertisements and company updates on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Assist with candidate open houses, hiring events, and community outreach.
- Make follow-up calls and emails to candidates, contacts and prospective clients.
- Help maintain outreach lists and identify opportunities to expand our network.
- Assist with basic marketing materials and initiatives that promote Quinn Staffing Group.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to contribute to a small, growing business
- Someone experienced in staffing, recruiting human resources, customer service or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills and friendly & professional phone manner.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Proficient using email, online job boards, and social media.
- A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Someone who is flexible, resourceful and comfortable switching between tasks.
