TITLE: Chief Operating Officer
LOCATION: Northeast/Mid-Atlantic
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for a Chief Operating Officer for a privately held developer and homebuilder to serve as a key corporate-level leader, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO with a seat at the executive leadership table. This role drives the business, P&L, strategy, culture and operations across all functions (corporate operations, land/development, construction, sales/marketing, finance, HR), while leading and developing the senior leadership team, systems and operating platform. This is a new, growth-created opening that will be instrumental to long-term growth and succession planning, bridging the gap between the CEO, the strategy and daily operations so the CEO can focus on new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial business leader with a strong cross-functional homebuilding background, sound financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive performance and profitability across a growing organization.
