You will partner with service line leaders, program managers, and technical teams to measure performance, streamline workflows, reduce rework, and embed quality criteria across all projects and services.

You will manage enterprise‑wide quality measurement systems, maintain dashboards and performance logs, track milestones, evaluate responsiveness and technical correctness, and coordinate cross‑team process improvements. You will proactively identify risks, document resolutions, align processes across teams, and support stable, reliable program delivery.

You will engage directly with VA leadership and stakeholders to clarify expectations, provide visibility into performance trends, deliver reviews and briefings, and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement efforts. Your communication practices ensure transparency, alignment, and trust across IO operations.
