Description
The purpose of this class is to perform professional administrative duties, develop and implement functional processes within the Health and Human Services Department. |
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred. Five years of experience in education, health, human services, health care, or program development/program management required. Prior experience in, and ability to work effectively with a diverse population. Licensure/certification related to education, health care, human services or program management is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record with less than five (5) points.
- Coordinate a functional process within the Health and Human Services department.
- Design, develop and implement department programs or initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements.
- Overseeunitprojectsandinitiatives.
- Maintain department records and files, as required.
- Prepare, analyze and provide reports on miscellaneous subjects, as requested.
- Identify access and analyze program data in the college’s enterprise system.
- Provide superior customer service and problem-solving to both students and contract training clients.
- Assist in maintaining close working relationships with regulatory bodies and agencies.
