Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Reporting, Data Analytics, Risk & Control Management, Operational Risk, or Governance-related functions
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, visualization design, and executive-level reporting
• Strong experience working with large and diverse data sources, with the ability to consolidate information into meaningful risk and management insights
• Experience in developing and presenting risk reporting packs, management information (MI), and governance forum reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools and the application of data-driven techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and risk patterns
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Business functions

Key Accountabilities

• This role is responsible for driving data analytics and risk reporting capabilities by leveraging advanced tools and AI-enabled insights to support effective decision-making across risk and governance forums
• The role requires strong capability in analysing complex datasets to derive actionable risk insights, including performing deep-dive analysis across risk, control, and issue data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging themes
• The candidate is expected to demonstrate advanced proficiency in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, with the ability to create intuitive, executive-level reporting that supports drill-down analysis and integrates multiple data sources into a consolidated risk view
• The role involves hands-on experience with Alteryx or equivalent analytics tools to automate data preparation, transformation, and reporting workflows, thereby reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
• The individual should be capable of leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, generate insights, and identify non-obvious risk patterns, while maintaining strong awareness of data, model, and information security considerations
• The role requires the ability to synthesise analytical outputs into clear, structured risk themes and narratives that can be effectively used in risk forums, CIO reporting, and governance discussions
• Ability to manage stakeholders with data validation and trustworthiness
