Utilize FIXX CMMS software to schedule, track, and document all maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
Focus on improving equipment uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
Introduce predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.) where applicable.
Troubleshooting & Repair
Provide hands-on leadership during equipment breakdowns, rapidly diagnosing issues and coordinating repairs to minimize production impact.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments for maintenance tasks.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
Develop technical skills within the team, including equipment-specific training for brazing and precision machining systems.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in Tier II and Tier III meetings to report on maintenance performance and contribute to site-wide improvement initiatives.
Work closely with Process Engineering and Production teams to support process optimization and new equipment installation.
Inventory & Budget Management
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available while controlling costs.
