Job Overview
Responsible for inspecting incoming materials to ensure compliance with the quality standards and specifications of Jabil Technology Vietnam Company Limited.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform inspections on all incoming materials (IQC).
* Conduct physical and dimensional checks using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.
* Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials, and report findings to relevant departments.
* Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for non-conforming materials.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and data, and prepare reports as required.
* Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and engineering teams to resolve incoming material quality issues.
* Participate in quality improvement activities and provide suggestions for process enhancements.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; experience in quality inspection is preferred.
* Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D reporting).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection standards. * Proficiency in using various measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
* Good written and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
* Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
