As Centre Leader of our Radiation Oncology Clinics within Flinders Private Hospital and Playford Health Hub, you'll lead the teams behind that care. Through strong leadership, collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement, you'll help ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
As Centre Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre while working closely with doctors, nurses, radiation therapists and patient services teams to ensure safe, efficient and patient-centred care. You'll also play an important role in driving continuous improvement, supporting strategic initiatives and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring quality, safety and operational excellence.
- Create a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture through coaching and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and centre performance.
- Monitor financial performance, workforce planning and resource utilisation.
- Lead recruitment, performance development, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospital partners and key stakeholders.
- Support quality, accreditation and compliance activities while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety.
- Champion GenesisCare's values and contribute to broader organisational initiatives.
About You
You're a collaborative and authentic leader who is passionate about people and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
You'll also bring:
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong operational, financial and people management capability.
- Experience driving change, quality improvement and service excellence initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across clinical, operational and external stakeholders.
- The ability to interpret performance data and use insights to improve outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in healthcare, business or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
- Previous oncology or broader healthcare leadership experience will be highly regarded.
