Security Guard
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property. Your presence and proactive approach will help prevent incidents and ensure a secure atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct security checks and inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
- Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Assist visitors and employees with directions and access control
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a related role preferred
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
- Knowledge of security procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
- Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations
