How You'll Make an Impact
Conduct routine and advanced quantitative and qualitative electrical tests to verify product performance and quality.
Perform measurements, calculations, evaluations, and analysis of test results with a high degree of accuracy.
Analyze experimental data and validate conformance to physical, chemical, and electrical specifications.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot standard and specialized testing and laboratory equipment.
Accurately document testing activities, results, observations, and corrective actions.
Investigate and resolve non-routine testing issues requiring analytical thinking and technical judgment.
Provide guidance, training, and support to less experienced team members.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Your Background
Vocational, technical, or associate-level education in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience performing laboratory, manufacturing, or electrical testing activities.
Broad knowledge of testing procedures, instruments, and quality assurance practices.
Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment, methods, and standards.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience supporting or mentoring team members.
