Responsibilities:
- Process and validate customer sales orders in SAP.
- Coordinate urgent and same-day shipment requests.
- Monitor product availability and prioritize order fulfillment.
- Manage proforma invoices, triangular shipments, and subcontracting orders.
- Verify customer credit limits and coordinate with Accounts Receivable.
- Handle bank documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC).
- Track order portfolio, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Reconfirm delivery dates and maintain customer communication.
- Issue credit/debit notes and customer-related documents.
- Provide compliance, regulatory, and product documentation to customers.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Customer Service & Order Management.
- Proficiency in English communication is essential
- Hands on experiences in SAP HANA is an added advantage
