JOB TITLE: Client Services Advisor - Cardnet, Customer Services and Paypoint
SALARY: £26,200
LOCATION(S): Basildon, Essex
HOURS: Full-time, 35 hours
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the Basildon office.

What you’ll be doing:
Cardnet is our payment system offered by us that allows businesses to accept card payments through various channels. It provides solutions for both in-person (POS terminals) and online payments. We also offer solutions for over-the-phone payments that can be integrated with e-commerce platforms.
In this role, you’ll:
Onboarding new merchants
Provide an excellent service to new and existing Cardnet merchants
Handle enquiries and complaints received from our merchants at first touch in accordance with given procedures and timescales.
