Manage executives and senior stakeholders in business and IT while providing oversight to IT-enabled change portfolio across infrastructure, security, data management and business applications.

About the business/role/team
This role is part of the Portfolio Delivery function within Enterprise Strategy and Change (ES&C) department at the RBA. The function follows a fit-for-purpose delivery model using adaptive and sequential delivery practices within a traditional governance and reporting model.
About the role
This role will provide strategic direction and hold overall accountability for planning and execution of projects assigned to the portfolio.
The role includes responsibility for line management, performance management and career development of Project Managers assigned to the portfolio, while working closely with peers across other practices and stakeholders outside of ES&C.
About you
You will have 15+ years of experience in managing complex business and IT projects and large programs, including transformation programs.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are required for this role.
