The Opportunity

 

Joining a team of skilled demand, material and production planning team and pursuing the execution of  performance objectives, such as timely delivered customer orders, balanced production schedule and planned revenues.
 

How you’ll make an impact:

 

• Daily Order Monitoring: Monitors new orders in SAP, verifying details such as customer number, order type, material number, price, quantity, currency, and configuration for configurable materials;
• Order Creation and Management: Manually creates customer orders in ERP, ensuring accurate settings for customer number, order type, material number, etc., and releases customer orders;
• Material Settings and Order Corrections: Checks and submits corrections for material settings to Master Data specialists and rejects orders for various reasons;
• Coordination and Communication: Coordinates with master schedule planner production dates, confirms delivery dates to customers, and provides detailed information on discrepancies;
• Transportation and Documentation: Receives transport model information from customers and prepares necessary documentation for transportation;
• Invoicing and Financial Management: Issues invoices, credit notes, proforma invoices, cancels invoices, and checks for provisions for losses;
• Meetings and Reporting: Conducts regular meetings with client representatives and internal departments for plan synchronization and tracks revenue for the current month;
• Customer Database and Order Execution: Creates a customer database for demand, coordinates order execution according to customer plans, and works closely with internal departments.

 

Your background:

 

• Bachelor's degree in business related field, engineering or manufacturing processes;
• Еxperience in planning and scheduling in a production organization;
• Experience with SAP and good Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage;
• Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills; Well organized and  self-driven;
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and DMAIC methodology is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of English language – written and spoken.
